The rental price includes the rent for the apartment, but also: gas, electricity, water and internet.

We are a small, local company, we live nearby, and we know the neighborhood well. We speak four languages ​​(French, English, Spanish, and Chinese). We can pick you up from the airport and show you around the neighborhood and surrounding areas. We use LINE to communicate. Please feel free to contact us via LINE.

Simple and clear :

No hidden fees, no "gifts" to the landlord.
Just a one-month security deposit, a move-in inspection, and a move-out inspection.
We rent by the quarter, not by the month.
If you stay longer than three months, an inspection visit will be conducted each quarter (by appointment).
